REFUND POLICY:
*NO refunds will be permitted simply because an entrant fails to participate
*NO refunds will be given due to cancellation because of inclement weather.
CHECK IN: Sixty (60) minutes prior to a team's first scheduled game.

Divisions will be comprised of a minimum of 5 teams up to a maximum of 16 teams. There are a limitednumber of game times available and a limited number of teams which can be accepted to play in this event. Application does not guarantee acceptance. High school aged teams may be combined to complete a division if necessary
All players on a team MUST be uniformly dressed alike (jerseys, shorts, socks)
Shinguards are MANDATORY equipment for all players.
Games MUST begin at the scheduled kick-off time. Regardless if a team is present and prepared to play, the game clock begins at the scheduled kick-off time, except in the case of an extended stoppage due to unforeseen circumstances.

Kelly is well established as a player, coach and referee. His credentials include degrees from Rockhurst College and Xavier University. He has played and coached at the college level and is currently a United States Soccer Federation National Referee Emeritus and a Major Indoor and Major League Soccer Professional Referee.
